Ghana’s most beautiful 2018 winner is representing Ghana at miss progress international 2019 pageant to be held in Italy coming September.
The youngest GMB queen entreats Ghanaians to watch out for history that is about to be made on an international platform.
The miss progress international pageant is an annual event that brings different girls from different country under one roof, to battle out methods they would use in bringing development in their various countries.
Abena who became a house hold name during the 2018 GMB pageant proved to ghanians she was more than fit for the title as she is currently embarking on an HIV/AIDS project to help curb the menace among the youth.
She called on Ghanaians to visit the miss progress international pageant website and social media handles to support her with online votes by liking commenting and sharing her pictures.
19-year-old Abena who represented the Eastern Region, was adjudged winner of Ghana’s Most Beautiful beauty pageant 9th December 2018.
She narrowly beat competition from three other finalists – Ohema from the Brong Ahafo, Wekia from the Upper East and Afrah from the Ashanti region – to wear the coveted crown and hold the bragging rights for the next year.
Aside Abena’s consistency throughout the 13-week competition, her performances won the most coveted “Star performer” title four times, proved at the grand finale.
She did not only wear the crown for the night but also drove out of the National Theatre in Accra, a brand new SsangYong Tivoli SUV vehicle and filled with a cash prize of ₵10,000.
